Hi there,
Welcome , this is the first article of the 6-month weight loss journey that we are about to embark upon. We have started this blog to document our second fitness and weight loss journey and to share lessons from the first journey with the hope to inspire and show that it is possible to lose weight and reach your desired health and fitness level if you might be struggling with weight loss or know someone who is . Our goal is to lose 6kg each within 6 months (1kg loss per month). We will be following a more structured approach this time around and integrate all the lessons we learned, the research we did and the skills we have acquired thus far. We think it will be very hard and challenging because we have lost most of our extra weight ….but hey it will also be fun.
With all this said, we would like to invite you to journey with us for the next six months, we hope you will get inspired to start your own fitness journey or learn a thing or two from our experience or just to read and enjoy the story as it unfolds. Catch you on the next blog.
