Hi there, welcome back to Kat & Tshepi’s blog.
It is new year’s eve today, what a year it has been. We sincerely hope it was a good year for you and that there were gems and treasures gained that will help you live a fuller life in the new year. We (Kat & Tshepi) achieved so much of what we had planned this year and at the same time we failed so much on other thing we had planned. We had a good share of successes and failures, but we are grateful for both experiences because we have learned tons of new insights that we will carry into the new year.
One of our highlights for this year was the launch of this blogsite, we were very intimidated by the launch of this site as we are very private people, but we nonetheless set out to work hard and make this blogsite a reality. Our mission was, and still is to help 100 000 people reach their desired weight, it is a steep goal to set and attempt but we are committed. It was well said that “We are at our happiest when we are helping people”, this is our innate drive and a deep desire to fulfill.
At the beginning of this month (Dec 2023), we planned to kick start the new year with a weight loss challenge for our followers, blog readers and subscribers, we are excited about the idea and have been working to make it a reality. We will create a dedicated page for the challenge and add content throughout the month of January 2024. The purpose of the challenge will be to equip our followers, blog readers and subscribers with sufficient information to kickstart their own weight loss and health journey.
The dedicated page will launch tomorrow (01 January 2024) , so be sure to visit the site or subscribe to our blogsite so that you can be notified when the weight loss challenge is launched.
That’s it for our last post of the year, we thank you for taking time to visit this blogsite since its launch and we are grateful for your continued support. We wish you nothing but the best for 2024, and we hope that we will accompany each other as we endeavor to get our health and fitness back to where it is supposed to be.
Until next year, Stay blessed.
Kat & Tshepi
