Welcome back to K&T blog, how are you keeping?
It’s been a year since we launched this blogsite, a year of summoning the courage to share our opinions, knowledge, experience and pieces of ourselves, not an easy feat when you are introverted or shall we say parked parallel to the world. In the past year we shared what we have learned on our weight loss journey since 2020 with the hope of inspiring others that may be struggling with losing weight and getting their health back in order, we sincerely hope this has been the case 🙂 . As we now know losing weight and getting your health back in order is tough, but the only way to attain it is to face it head on, “The best way out is always through” – Robert Frost, and it is worth the fight and effort.
Our own journey keeps unfolding in front of our eyes, the more we learn and experience it, the more we realise how little we know and how far we still have to go, this is saddening and exciting at the same time. But one thing we are sure of is that we are moving and making progress, each week that we sit to write, review and publish our weekly blog is an opportunity we get to learn, grow, add value to humanity and cement our commitment to living a healthy life. In launching this blog we forced ourselves to develop new habits (weekly writing, reviewing and publishing) , commit ourselves to our readers and to develop our ability to be consistent, its unbelievable how easy new habits form when you fully commit yourself.

We aim to continue sharing information and tips on losing weight and getting fit for years to come, and we hope that this sharing will have a positive impact in someone’s life. If you are struggling with losing weight, be patient and know that the answer boils down to this “ You need to find a way to eat less than you are currently eating, and the best way to do so is to eat whole natural foods and eliminate sugar and processed foods“. And just a reminder, do this consistently because CONSISTENCY is key in attaining goals, especially weight loss goals 🙂 .
