Becoming the change, your weight loss helps others too.

Hello there,

Welcome back to K&T blog, how are you doing?

Another week done and dusted, we hope you made the best of it on your weight loss process. When it comes to weight loss, you don’t see the results of your efforts immediately, it is a gradual process that accumulate benefits over time similar to financial investments, you put in the work today and enjoy the results later on. It is hard but when that time comes, the time when you achieve your weight loss goal, you will feel that it was worth the troubles and sacrifices. It is harder now to lose weight because of the prevalence of processed foods in our environment and the exponentially increasing stresses of our times, but hey keep going 🙂 , you still got this.

“The greater the obstacle, the more glory in overcoming it” – Moliere.

One of the overlooked benefit of a weight loss journey is the inspiration and impact it has on those who sees your process and progress, it is implicit in nature and the enormity of it is unknown to you. Many people are moved by your weight loss transformation, it initiates the wheels of change in those who sees you and it sparks the desire to improve their fitness, health and life. We all desire good health and a certain level of fitness in our lives but life normally gets in the way of making these desires a reality. Fortunately, when we see someone trying to attain these desires, we get inspired, our hope gets revived and we start to believe again that we can do it for ourselves as well and sometimes we leap into action.

This insight can be a source of motivation for your journey, you get an additional drive when you know that your efforts are planting seeds of good change in others. Helping others is in our nature, we are honestly happy when we are of service to others, we find joy in seeing others experience their own joy and more so when we have contributed even a tiny bit to that joy. A weight loss journey is aimed at improving your own health and fitness but it has the potential to change the lives of those around you. And wouldn’t we be quite happy when we and those around us are healthy and fit? we think we would be 🙂 .

Until next week, stay blessed and be the change.
