Welcome back to K&T blog, how have you been?
We hope all is well on your side, especially on your fitness and weight loss journey. It has been quite a busy week for us, we were concluding our first 30-Day weight loss challenge and at the same time recruiting participants for the August challenge. We believe the first challenge went well, many participants reported seeing improvements on their energy levels, fitness level, physical appearance, healthy habits, mood as well as losing some weight. The crux of the challenge was the incredible weight loss of 5.6kg from a participant, we were blown away and humbled by this acheivement 🙂 .When we asked what was key to her success, she indicated that “Consistency” was the magic pill.

In this week, Tshepi came across some of her old pictures, these were not just ordinary pictures but clear view of what consistency looks like, as well as a stark reminder that we take our successes and progress for granted sometimes. If you dont keep your progress in check and appreciate it, you might forget your vigor and stop being consistent. And when you stop being consisntent the results also stops improving, the wheels of consistency needs to keep turning for results to keep showing up. It was invigorating to see these pictures, we are pumped again 🙂 .

That’s it for this week, just another wake-up call for those on a weight loss journey, when it comes to weight loss, nothing beats CONSISTENCY. If you want to improve your health and fitness, choose what you think will work for you and keep doing it consistently and results will follow.
