What:
Our live, virtual classes are a dynamic blend of functional and bodyweight exercises designed to get your heart pumping and muscles working! You’ll use your own body to build strength and endurance without needing any special equipment. Every day brings a different workout, ensuring a well-rounded fitness routine. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, all fitness levels are welcome, and we provide modifications for every exercise.

Online via Google Meet – a link will be sent to you once you register.
