Hello there, welcome back to the K&T blog.
It is the last week of the first month of the new year, we hope all your resolutions are still in tact especially those made towards fitness and health. Today marks the end of our 4-week weight loss challenge, our heartfelt gratitude and congratulations goes out to those that followed the challenge, we hope it was a good learning experience which provided sufficient tools and knowledge to launch your own weight loss journey, and we hope you were able to lose some weight in process. If you would like to re-start the challenge you can visit the dedicated page and follow the steps for each week at any time convenient to you, Good Luck.
Loosing weight is generally the first step in getting our fitness and health back in order, and in the past four weeks we initiated this first step. We gave information about creating a system to lose weight, we triggered awareness of good and bad foods on your plate, we also provided tips for creating healthy meals, and finally we introduced you to MyFitnessPal, a tool to help you eat the right quantity of food for your weight loss goals. With all these tasks completed, the weight loss journey can begin to start taking shape and to become a lifestyle.
It is time to spring forth from the 4-week weight loss challenge and create a healthy lifestyle for yourself by continuing to make efforts on your nutrition and physical activities, you have laid a good foundation 🙂 . Our (Kat & Tshepi) weight loss journey started without a solid foundation (we had no idea what we were doing :)) , however with its ups and downs, wins and failures, the journey equipped us with the information we shared in past four weeks, which we undoubtedly believe that it forms a solid foundation for weight loss, this is where we needed to start. We therefore encourage you to continue practicing and perfecting the tasks provided in the 4-week weight loss challenge to create a journey and a fitness lifestyle you would be proud of, CONSISTENCY IS KEY. You can also download the 2024 4-week weight loss challenge booklet below for offline use and future reference.
In concluding the 4-week weight loss challenge (hooray), we would like to thank you for following our weight loss challenge and to wish you all the best on your journey. We would also like to share a video that we came across, it highly resonate with our approach, values and principles towards weight loss, getting fit and healthy 🙂 .
Until next week, eat as much natural as possible , and stay blessed.
Kat & Tshepi
