Hello there, welcome back to K&T blog.
We hope you had a great week. How are you doing with your weight loss goals? are things going according to plan? we hope the answers are in the affirmative. But if things did not go your way, the coming week is an opportunity to try again, as Thomas A Edison said “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” . We had another hectic week, time seemed to pass way faster than the things we needed to accomplish, it was one of those weeks that tested our efficiency. “It is not enough to be busy…The question is: what are we busy about?” said Henry David Thoreau, we hope we were busy with the right things 🙂 .
This week we would like to share our top read blog posts, we started this blog back in January 2023 (but only launched it publicly in November 2023 ) with the intention to share what we have learned on our weight loss journey and with the purpose of inspiring and helping someone who is struggling with losing weight. Up to date we have written 56 weekly blog posts, and our subscriber base is increasing weekly, slowly but surely, although we are far away from our 100 000 target. Looking at our stats there are some popular blog posts that keeps increasing in viewership, some are surprising and some are as expected, so we thought we should share these posts because there is probably something useful in them.
Here is our top 10 blog posts (click on them to read more) starting with the most popular.

When we read these blog posts again we do realize that weight loss is really a challenge, and it is something worth investing time and effort for overall wellbeing. With the world struggling with so many epidemics , one of them being Obesity, we are happy that through our experience of weight loss we might be contributing something positive in the world 🙂 .
That’s it for this week. We would like to thank you for subscribing to our free weekly blog posts, if not a subscriber yet, please subscribe below to receive our posts when they are published. PS: another stat that pleases us is the high viewership of “Our story” blog page, we hoped it would rank high on page visits and it did 🙂 .
Until next week, stay blessed.
